Amid this stark Desolation, where the threads of communication have been torn asunder, you are the beacon of hope. Operating on the fringes of the City known as Capital Haven, your navigational guidance is the last hope for survival. The world is a silent void, shrouded in isolation, save for the fragile lifelines you construct – the signal towers. 

These towers serve as tenuous threads connecting isolated pockets of humanity. Constrained by limited technology, they transmit messages each pulse carrying an urgent cry for connection. Yet, Capital Haven's energy is scarce – a lifeline stretched thin between survival and communication. Your task is a delicate balance, maintaining both against the unforgiving cold. 

You guide an expedition of survivors and technicians. With your help, they traverse the treacherous icy expanse. With sledhounds and winter gear, they rely on your keen navigational prowess to determine optimal construction sites for the towers. But this is a world where sight alone is deceptive, only you and your computer terminal can lead the way. Time is not on your side, beware the expedition has a limited amount of time in the freezing cold until they need to turn back.
